Ok, so... Things seem to be going pretty well. My piercing has healed up nicely, and Aka-chan is improving every day. She managed a low level Tsuuga today, I'm so proud of her!

I found a book of poems that Ino had stuffed in my bag right before I left. Gods, I miss her. She always seemed to know just the right thing to say when I was having a bad day. Fuck, I never even got to celebrate her new promotion with her. She just made the kunoichi special ops team. They're harder to get into than ANBU... or so I've heard.
