That's about 80% concurrence with my thoughts.

So far as what Mark said, the process has already started. :)

The Legio is set to be a sort of police force/enforcement arm for the baseline Vampiric traditions that don't have their own political agenda as compared to the covenants. This is like having "Archons", with the covenants having to be or figure out how to be the "Justicars."

Good death XP now uses the Canadian model. It's all High Approval, but it's 30% Earned XP, up to 3 XP for each month in play.

No more Custom Bloodlines or Powers that are new. Only the existing ones. No more new stuff.

With reset not a likely occurrence, the existing staff is trying to effect positive change...like what you are suggesting above.

I know my Cannibal signed up for the Legio. :)

Can we send this to every ST in the club? I'm SO with you on this, especially the custom and bloodline points.

I'm with you on most of this.

What I'd also like to see? The concept of story arcs. Lay out in advance that the major plot arc will be X number of years (say 5). And then stick to it. This doesn't need to be character death, but the end of the arc should include some good options for retirement of high XP PCs. This allows the newer folks to come in at the tail end and carry on through to the sequel. And encourages all folks to have a "good stopping point" for their PC.
