A. There is a white horse standing outside the house. No such thing as a white horse you say? Binky is odd like that. Death is patting his head. Binky is a little confused at the moment.

B. There is ( Read more... )

THE HOGFATHER IS THE SPIRIT OF HOGSWATCH. EVERY YEAR HE TRAVELS ACROSS THE DISC GIVING PRESENTS TO THE CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN GOOD.

He gives away presents? And all I have to do is write to him?

That's awesome!

(Figaro thought he lucked out when he was one of the few who had not died during those traumatic three days. He's feeling a bit smug about it too; not that it doesn't take away how sad he was about the whole issue, with people dying in such painful ways, but it does make him feel somewhat proud that although so many fell, he managed to survive.

Until he saw the skeleton riding the white horse.

Figaro is now going to scream and hide behind some bushes. To him, it seems as if the Grim Reaper had come to collect.)

(He's all shivering and quivering now. This is it, he's finally going to get reaped.)

Sir, I can honestly say that I lived nothing but a virtuous life! I have worked hard as the factotum of Seville; never once have I slacked while carrying out my duties and I had always NOTHING but the best intentions for her! True, I may have taken a few pieces here and there, bu-bu-but nothing too serious! And it's NOT like the nobles minded anyway, I merely took but a slight fraction of their daily stipend. And I do go to church every Sunday, and even if I DO fall asleep well, then the preacher shouldn't be such a bore, right?

(He's full on blabbering right now.)

(Tara raises her hand, somewhat nervous. This is the first time she's speaking up in his class.)

Umm, sir...no offence or anything, but this sounds a lot like Christmas and Santa Claus.
