I do not think curses are meant to be enjoyable, but I rather liked the one with all the tea and parties. Not so much because I enjoy such events, but because I spent the entire day among people, some of which were very nice

I've come to learn that not every mention of 'London' I hear in the City refers to the one I miss so terribly--but we do have at least the name and the spirit of a place in common, Miss Gray, and I'm always glad to hear of other Londoners in the City.
I must tell you, then, that I am not truly from London, though it would appear that if not for the fact that I now find myself here, it is becoming my home. Have you lived your whole life in London, Mr Hargreaves?

Most all of it, though when I was a child, my father much preferred the old family house in Cornwall. I'm much more fond of London myself.
