Wonderful chapter, Lightning! I did catch one typo, "If he hesitated too log, panic might start spreading." I think you meant "long"...

Thanks! For both the compliment and the typo. *Corrects*

Snape has grown more than just about anybody save Harry and Draco and Connor, I think. A lot of the other characters in the story (like Peter) were much closer to the people they are at the end than he was.

And thank you!

I was wondering about the Potter heir issue - thanks for clearing it up. What an incredibly difficult choice though.

I love that Draco is arguing incessantly with Harry about the things that don't matter that much and spent the first three days after Connor's death praising Connor's virtues. What a good partner he has turned out to be.

And it is very great to see Harry getting back to his purpose as vates and Draco and Snape supporting him.

Yeah. Harry won't find it easy to just walk into an orphanage, say, and encounter someone the Potter magic likes.

Draco feels a lot freer around Harry, even as he's protective. He can say things that he never could have before, either because Harry's emotions weren't free or because they had more important things to worry about than trivial issues like this.

Harry's committment as vates will be the most important task he does in the future.
