Although, really, she was just looking forward to doing something productive instead of worrying about her friends. Skylar had been running late that morning, her schedule still all messed up from being off most of the previous week. She was going to blame the after effects of the potions rather than the fact that she had hit her snooze button about six times

Skylar laughed. As tempting as it was, she knew she'd have to stay for questioning.

"You're not the only one. My caffeine addiction is not satisfied by this at all-"

"We're going to have to settle for that stuff they call coffee in the staff room, aren't we?" Lilith said flatly, wrinkling her nose just slightly. She knew it was a little silly to be obsessing over coffee so much considering the very real problems she was surrounded by, but coffee was something she could obsess over safely.

Although... "Go, get questioned. Perhaps I can flirt my way out, or bribe someone by doing a mass coffee run. I'll be sure to bring you something worthwhile."

"Maybe if I get this over with I can slip out quietly," she sighed, "Let me know if you decide to take a few days off-"

With that Skylar turned and marched off towards the aurors and her disaster of an office.
