I was reading about some Japanese women's fixation on blood type defining one's personality and then i suddenly realised i don't know what blood type i am and i don't even know if my local doctor's surgery knows what blood type i am. I should probably look into this matter. -

As dismissive as i am about this year's Turner Prize winner Mark Leckey's work, i feel obliged to confess my envy of his luxuriant coiffure. "Mamma Mia" is apparently the biggest grossing picture ever in the UK. I've not seen it. One of my readers must have. Any cop? It looks horribly life affirming and it has Julie Walters in it. Who should be shot in the face on sight. -

Ed Balls, the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families should be in a sitcom. I imagine him hen-pecked by his wife and frequently getting in to schoolboy scrapes. -
Books Do Furnish A Room
I am currently re-reading "Vernon God Little" by self-mythologiser DBC Pierre. It is much better than i thought it was first time around altho' comparisons to "The Catcher In The Rye" are unaviodable. Maybe someone will read it and assassinate old Sir Thumbs Aloft. He sort of has it coming after "Pipes of Peace".
