It's sad that the Potter series is over; however, there are plenty of good series out there that are just as good.

Some series that I recommend are:
1. Garth Nix's Abhorsen Trilogy (Sabriel, Lirael, Abhorsen)
2. Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials (The Golden Compass, The Subtle Knife, The Amber Spyglass3. Tamora Pierce's The Song of the Lioness

Stehenie Meyer is in the midst of an amazing series. Twilight, then New Moon, and then Eclipse is available August 7th. They're wonderfully written and incredibly captivating!!

I second the Abhorsen Trilogy! I read Lirael a few years ago, and I remember it being very good. I'm going to read all three in order sometime soon!
