When you speak to someone what you say is less than 30% of what they take. You can say, "I'm fine" that tells you absolutely nothing. Let's analyze.

"I'm fine"

these words would tell someone literally (if taken alone) that the other person is fine.

but what about the tone of voice:

Ha ha ha ha, jump on my bandwagon Honey. I've been on it for about...12 years. From observations, theories to research.

It's intriguing, and it CAN say alot, but don't get carried away. What you see isn't always what you get...beyond the subconcious is the physical, such as (I'm pointing my foot at you because my legs got tired of being crossed in the other direction...or...my arms are cross because I'm cold). So with the forewarning of don't jump to conclusions, go at it!

Body language is always something I've wanted to get in deeper, but books and observations can only take me so far... and as far as I can tell, no course available :( I know. I looked (here), so if you've found it, GET IT! Then teach me ;)

i like watching people, i'm a weird stalker person like that. haha, jk, i just like observing other people and seeing how they... communicate and interact. it's just cool. glad you finally found your major!
