Have you looked at the temperatures on the chip? If the problems are worse when it is hot it leads me to believe your cooling system is not being effective. You should be able to use a temp utility to see what the chip temps are and if they are getting much hotter in hot weather that would point to your cooling system being inadequate or ineffective.

I think thats why i am buying a pc instead of building. I can build but troubleshooting is such a pain.

Yeah, my gateway pre-built purchased at the same time works fine.

HAving someone else custom build a PC (like powerPC) doesn't help. We have had a couple of them with issues.)

Have you tried starting with the minimal amount of hardware and see if it still crashes?

Yes.
I have isolated the problem to be ONLY occuring during high graphic applications - such as wow.

All other hardware configuration seem incidental
The only constant is the video cards, the case and the OS.

The case could have heat issues but I the cards are running within safe temp and do not seem to have any thermal issues.
