I haven't done much today. there are eight or ten patients here, but none of them are mine.

The Red Cross brought a sound truck for movies to a beach about a mile from here last night, and a bunch of us went to see it. We have a big truck for transportation and we all pile in and go. The load last night was mostly nurses on ( Read more... )

The ninja car made it down the 10 mile dirt road of doom, at aprox. 10 mph! The weekend was fun, and there was some good civilian interaction with both sides as well as fleeing in terror as the firefight broke out around us.

Just got back from the Flabob Airport Veterans Day/ Air Show thingy.... It was Windy... actually that might have been an understatement, seeing as how the wind precluded us from actually setting up the majority of our display ( Read more... )

I am never driving to re-enactments in the dark again, especially if I haven't been to the site before!

I almost turned around and went home three times due to the crazy directions, and driving mountain roads through the forrest in my wee beastie of a car can get a bit scary!
