Hey JP, I was reading about the SAM-e you've been taking and I just wanted to pass on this information. I just want to make sure you are taking plenty of vitamin B, because it looks like according to the following information I found, you make risk serious health problems from homocysteine, which is a result of SAMe

that's an awesome point - and i really thank you for looking out for me. when i was in bed two days ago from being sick, craig read me all that stuff too - and i just happen to have every single one of those from when i was trying to make my cramps go away. :D i will start taking all of the immediately!

I've been working on my thighs and tummy too. Good luck! I HATE going to the gym though (plus I don't have time!) I like my exercise ball a lot.

i love my excersize ball too - sadly, it's in storage. i was very sad the day i had to deflate it. :(

BTW, my wedding dress was also the first (and only one) I tried on...it is pretty cool. Did I miss seeing your wedding picture(s) post? I was kind-of looking forward to it.
