It is interesting! The best part of those ridiculous conservative ice creams is that Ted Nugent loves it. Is that really meant to be an endorsement, or just a confirmation of how batshit crazy they are?

I was smiling...until I got to the conservative knock-offs. The links didn't work, but WTF? Are they serious? Why do they always have to bite liberal style? They are clearly so lame. Have some originality.

OMG, Ben & Jerry's is the BEST.ICE CREAM.EVER. They've yet to come up with a flavor I don't love. My favorites are Cherry Garcia (which is the most popular flavor, so you probably have it over there too) and Phish Food. Mmmmm.

My reason for loving it is that I can finally find Cookie Dough ice cream regularly. Which is probably the most boring flavor in all of creation, but I loooove it and I didn't have any for about ten years.

Of course, a half pint is something like 6-7 dollars, so I don't buy it all that often (and I don't usually try out flavors I don't know, because that amount of money is a lot to spend on something that you think tastes like crap). =)

Did you see this from a Colbert Report taping report?

Someone asked about the ice cream, which he confirmed and said "It's called Ben and Jerry's Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream. And it has little chocolate covered waffle cone bits and a caramel swirl. Delicious. I sent some over to Jon Stewart and he ate half and had sex with the other half."
