i love this whole emissions reductions farce. doesn't anyone remember ca passing the zero emissions law in the mid-nineties? i think that the movie "who killed the electric car" should be on your recommended watch list, and if you haven't seen it, watch it, and please do promote it!

Ah, here we go. Hm. 2% zero emission vehicles isn't a large number, even if the law hadn't been undermined and abandoned. Maybe a overall reduction stands a better shot at working?
