• Paper Daughter : A Memoir by M. Elaine Mar -- As school books go, a quick, enjoyable read.  The author paints a picture of her pain & isolation growing up caught between two cultures. 
• Theory and Practice of Group Psychotherapy by Irvin D. Yalom -- This book KICKS ASS.  I was already a huge fan of Yalom,

Some of your Q1 books look pretty good -- which was the best?

Yalom's Group Psychotherapy was definitely the best, though I wouldn't recommend it to the common passerby. I *would* recommend one of Yalom's less academic books though... either Love's Executioner or Every Day Gets a Little Closer.
