siobhan_w, a very longtime clex fan, is slowly trying to re-enter fandom again, and whats better than re-watching older eps and seasons of Smallville, to get into the fannish moods :) She has been starting to talk about "Memoria" from Season 3,

I doubt it would be a good idea for me to get involved, since I have no sympathy for Clark whatsoever, and just want him to die horribly. :-)))

yeah, well, but you must remember, it was still very possible to like him in S3!
he was not turned into something completely ... Err . .. alien thing like ALIENS , all scary beneath that pretty surface, yet!

and Lionel and the rest also werent completely so out of any characterization yet, that it was unbelievable..

I must confess -- though this isn't a new confession -- that I never really liked Clark, from the start. I didn't hate him, but I couldn't like him, and I thought I was missing something. I thought it was my fault. I couldn't understand why the only character on the show that I liked was Lex, the future 'Villain'. I really believed that Clark would grow up and become a great hero, and that Lex would turn evil and betray him. And that's why I had to quit watching the show, and it was a major reason I dropped out of SV fandom for so long. It was a big shock to come back to the fandom and to find out what had been happening in the meantime ( ... )
