Guilty Pleasure... that song by The Weather Girls "It's Raining Men" makes me instantly happy. It works faster than rum and coke.

My meditation was beauitiful. The sun is out today and shining along with a cool breeze. I walked to the beach... it's across the street from my apartment. And walked to the water. I was trying to take an Internet vacation, mostly email related. My Outlook is overflowing with hundreds of emails pertaining to stand-up, my radio show and personal things. Work was hard today. Be kind to your waitress/waiter. We burn ourselves, get yelled at and get you free extra goodies. A tip isn't much to give.

I gave most of my tips to the bus boys today.
