Ah. Finally reached one of, if not the most crucial moments in this story :) I hope I've done it justice.

What a great thing to wake up to. I like that you offer some insight to Zevran towards the end rather than just end it with him leaving the room.

By the way, the link you posted from zevran leads to chapter 14 instead of this one.

Thank ya! :3 I definitely felt that Zevran deserved some time to wangst show his side of things. I think his difficulties are part of what makes him so endearing. ^^

Wonderful. I have always adored this section of the story, and you did a great job fleshing it out. The perspective shift was a welcome addition, and added a layer not usually seen.

That aside, though, wonderful job. Your writing is a mix of brilliant and very, very evil, to keep us readers on tenterhooks like that!

Hmm, a bit of bitter for the sweet, then? ;) I always thought that song went well for Zev and the Warden..

Heh, not quite the kind of emosplosion you were expecting, eh? ;) But that wouldn't have worked for Alessar, I think. Some kind of conflict was kind of inevitable (hah ;), though. Game-wise, Zevran will kind of come to terms with his feelings even if you don't refuse the earring, but if you make him think harder about it like this, you get him to admit some other things ( ... )
