I just signed a lease to keep me here for at least another year. It's actually a pretty nice place. Decent rent, great location, big rooms, and a private bathroom. So I don't have to keep hording my bathroom supplies in my bedroom. I'm quite pleased about that. Only costs me 309$ to move in and then it's 403$ a month after that. Easily affordable.
