Okay, the last episode of Heroes kinda made me feel hopeful for Volume 4 again, basically because Volume 3 never even happened in the show.
And then we got an interview with Bryan Fuller , which just reinformed me he does know what Heroes fans want, and even if he says some of the writing isn't what it should be (again) in Volume 4, he at least

Oh my. That does make me excited! Especially Claire and Peter, which might be a bit odd because I don't care all that much about them. But they are central characters and the quality of the over-all plot and atmosphere does depend on them ...

Just don't listen too much to Tim Kring, mkay?

I know, I never would've thought I'd be happy with a return to Claire's high-school antics after S2, but it's really necessary to root these characters back into reality at least a bit. And I've always kinda loved Peter-as-a-nurse, it tied into him being an empath, so I'm happy they're going back to that element of him!

Oh, me too! But even if it's as bad as this volume, we'll have Papa Luthor! JG even made the horrible writing of Smallville work!

I was already a bit worried for Villains as the spoilers came out - Maya/Mohinder, how badly Maya would be handled, Mohinder getting a power, Sylar having a kid, Sylar/Elle, ... all of that had already been in spoilers before the season started. All of that turned out to be even worse than I feared:)

But I haven't heard that kind of horrible spoilers for next volume yet, I have even read some interesting things, and combined with these three spoilers+Bryan Fuller...

If V4 disappoints me again, I don't think I'll try V5.

Ooh, I like the sound of these things more. And Sylar finally seems to be back to his badass self (I haven't seen the last ep of the season yet though) - so fingers crossed :-D

Yes, he's hilarious in the last ep. First you think- ok so now I'm supposed to forget Volume 3 ever happened? But once Sylar gets his groove back, you so don't care they're retconning everything again:)
