Whew! My charity event for wildlife conservation went off without a hitch. We raised 600,000 dollars! ... 20,000 more than the last event, which I didn't organize, but I'll take my victories no matter how small they are. Ha ( Read more... )

I went so far as to offer her a 30% raise, and nothing doing. She was quite insistent that she must go. She was just so very apt at her job!

Oh, what a shame. You will find someone, I'm sure. It'll take a little while but they'll get used to it, and you'll get used to them.
