Anyone who willingly got through/enjoyed The Red Badge of Courage is not someone I ever want to be friends with. UGH!

My dad made me read "The Red Badge of Courage" when I was a kid. It was a chore to read.

Chore indeed. I can make it through just about any book ever, even some of the most boring textbooks in my college courses, but Red Badge was just painful.

I'm pretty excited about hard and fast by erin McCarthy... i loved her last book, flat-out sexy... it was a really cute book! :D

I think you'll like Hard and Fast! I loved it even more and I really did enjoy the first book. Ty and Imogen though... wow, do they have chemistry!

No, you're right. It is going to be released early May. I got an advanced reader's copy for a romance site I review for. It was fabulous.

I'm glad to hear that despite the conference being boring, it was also usefull. I wouldn't have thought though that you need networking even in the library field. But glad to hear that you could get to do that a bit and that all in all it also felt good to go there. Did it have some kind of theme?
