I think it's a great idea.

I've found that I can do a (less than professional job, but it works for a little while then the dots get used too much and get flat) little braille notes on tape by putting a piece of tape on my slate. then i peel off the tape and stick it onto something. once on a bus I wrote the word "szék" (chair) and stuck it to the back of a seat. szék is wh-ch-k.
