[+] So. Earlier this week, Michael said he wanted to have a date night on Saturday (last night). Really, he is much better about these kinds of things than I am. I’m more like, oh, you know I love you and I know you love me, can’t we just wear sweatpants? But I’ve vowed to be better about this kind of stuff, so we went out last night and I got all ( Read more... )

Veronica Mars, ducking and running... helsinkibaby January 11 2015, 21:05:33 UTC
The one barely mentioned by fandom must be Weevil/Veronica, and the hated one Duncan/Veronica?

Because, and I was not in the VM fandom as such but I found my little WeeVer corner of it and hung out on the LJ comm for it and it seemed all good there? (Gawd I miss LJ comms!)

And people hated Veronica/Duncan? I mean, ok, I know Veronica Logan was very popular (and I don't get it but whatever) but hated? Really?

Yeah, there were a few of us devoted V/W shippers, and that's usually respected, but EVERYBODY hated Duncan/Veronica. And that sucked for me.

You know why you like them, don't you? They're supposed to be brother and sister!

I swear, 'incest' is not usually a thing I look for in couples! But yeah, the complete and total Greek Tragedy of them, that is what I love about them.

It's a private taxi app- you don't need to have cash on you and it just holds your credit card information (don't even need to tip, and in fact, are not supposed to).

You know, there are a lot of things I ship where I understand why they weren't endgame. I may not like it but I get it. Jackie/Hyde, though. That will baffle me until the day I die.

That made NO sense. It's a sitcom staple to get the old exes back together in the finale, with no warning. That's all we needed. Should have had more, but I would have taken that.

JACKIE AND HYDE!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing gets my inner fangirl ramped and PISSED OFF than thinking of S8 of that show. SO RIDICULOUS. It makes no sense, NO SENSE.

And Jordan Catalano...was there ever a prettier teenage crush? Ugh. I was just a year out of high school then, and I still think those 19 episodes are pure perfection as far as television goes.

t7s's ENDING LITERALLY MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL.

And no, Jordan Catalano is the perfect teenage dream. Those 19 episodes *are* pure perfection and at this point, I'm kind of glad that's all we got. It gets to stay perfect. And everyone has their own headcanon of how we all want it to work out anyway.

Don't even get me started on Angela/Jordan, which, by the way, is all your fault anyway!
