This has got to be one of the best weekends I've had in a while ^^

Yesterday I had my regular 9 - 5 stint at work. But because we are launching a new kids' top 50 books promotion, we got to dress up as a character from one of the books!

W00t for wireless internet modems!!
Now all we need is some way to have wireless power cords.

I went on Saturday. I walked past you on my way in, but the second lot of bells were ringing, and I didn't get to say hi or anything.
Was very cool talking to the sign-guy at the end of the show, from a linguistics point of view.
Vanessa vaguely recognised me, and went all weird like "OMG you're a PC person!". Personally I prefer to think of it as "You're someone I used to talk to".
The Minniapolis woman and the Glasgow guy talked to him after the show. Adam looked a bit scared when the Scottish guy enthusiastically greeted him.

Heh, I love comedians who can take hecklers/enthusiastic fans in their stride ^^

I hope wireless powercords are on their way - its very frustrating when the only powerpoints in a room are under the bed which is infested with spiders :(
