Goddd okay I've been remiss about commenting, but I love this story so. so. much. It's perfect. Mad respect for the way you dealt with Kurt being an atheist, especially because I am increasingly baffled by all the stuff in stories and prompts about him talking to his mother when it's quite a bit of a stretch to think he believes in an afterlife, but yeah; the entire "this is new information you have to deal with" thing Tina said, omg omg perfect. I love the jobs everyone has and will never, ever get over Buffy being a janitor, it's too perfect in every way. And all the interactions this chapter were hilarious and beautiful.

This is a good story and you should feel good, etc.

Aw, thanks! :D As an atheist myself, I felt a little pang of guilt for essentially having to "convert" Kurt into believing in the supernatural, but it had to happen for the story. And, I mean, if somebody shot a pencil at me with their mind/I met a vampire/etc., I would probably have to change my worldview, too. I don't know that anyone can be a full-on atheist in the Buffyverse, at least once they've discovered that's where they're living. :)

Omg Xander's interrogation scenes were pure perfection. Greatest crossover character/Gleeks interaction ever.

I will admit to being curious about which jock body-checked Kurt, it'll probably end up being Karofsky just because but there are a lot of homophobic jocks at that school, after all... And this probably has nothing to do with the plot, I'm just randomly hung up on it.

Thank you! I really cannot express how much fun it was to write those scenes. :)

And yes, the body-checking jock is Karofsky. I think he'll be making an appearance in the next chapter, but I have to see how it flows with where I want the story to go. There may end up being a little bit of a sub-plot going on there, or at least a background plot that will hopefully make the story end on . . . less of a downer note? (The Kurt/bullying storyline adds all of these little wrinkles to writing fic, and I can't bring myself to just ignore them, so: things might get a little tangent-y for a while.)

On the plus side, that means I might have to stretch this to five parts, so yay! :D

Thank you so much! I loved writing the Lauren/Xander interaction: like, if you know vampires are real, how do you interact with people who think they're fictional? It was good fun.

And, this may end up going to five parts. It depends on how long the next chapter gets (and I have a lot of stuff to cover in my head, so I'm thinking it'll end up pretty long!).
