Part 2: Scream)
MY IMMORTAL
Demon’s mate would be the lawful partner of the demon, although the demon might have other demon partners.
As for the Demon King, the mate would be the one with the legal right for the throne…………
…………It takes a month for a newly bonded demon to adjust their connection. The demon would slowly feel the overflowing energy whenever they are close to their mate, and otherwise when they are separated………… The mate will eventually fall in love with their demon…………
A powerful demon diagram can only be made by a Demon Priest………… To break the bond, the same demon diagram made by the same Demon Priest would be required. …………The mate has to read the spell, as well as the Demon Priest, and washed the seal on his body with his blood. The seal would be opened and the bond would be broken………… the ceremony rarely succeed when it comes to breaking a bond with a powerful demon…………
………….Only with the willingness of the mate can the bond be broken.
Junsu sighed as he read the last sentence of the book Junho had given him earlier; he knew if that’s how it goes then he could never break the bond. The scene where Yoochun had confessed he doesn’t love Jaejoong to him replayed in his head. It hurt, the thought of Jaejoong’s heart getting broken, and Junsu didn’t even know how to help him. Considering Jaejoong’s personality, even if his heart got broken a hundred times he could never hate Yoochun. If Jaejoong doesn’t hate Yoochun, the demon wouldn’t get the punishment he deserves for hurting Jaejoong.
Junsu’s fists clenched. Jaejoong had gone through enough; Yoochun doesn’t need to make it harder! Junsu thought. Just then, Junho came into the room bringing tea and cakes. He frowned at Junsu’s furious expression. “Eat something, Su, you have been locking yourself up since last night…” Junho set the tray in front of Junsu.
“Not hungry, hyung,” Junsu replied without bothering to look up.
“Su…”
“I said I’m not hungry.”
“Junsu, that is not how you’re supposed to talk to me,” Junho warned.
“Sorry…” Junsu mumbled.
Junho patted his brother’s head. “Still worrying over Jaejoong, aren’t you?” Junsu nodded. “You do realize love doesn’t grow overnight, right? Give Yoochun time, I’m pretty sure it’ not that hard to fall for someone like Jaejoong.”
Junsu sighed, “I’m not sure I want him to fall for Jaejoong…”
Junho chuckled, “Of course you don’t, you’re in love with Jaejoong.”
“Am not,” Junsu frowned at his twin. Am I?
“Su, I know you better than yourself.”
“Not listening…” Junsu put his headphones on.
Junho shook his head at him and pulled the headphones off, getting himself a death glare from Junsu. “Stop deceiving yourself. It’s your own fault anyway you didn’t confess earlier and now there’s Yoochun between the two of you.”
“I. Am. Not. In. Love. With. Jaejoong.”
“Yeah right, Su. But do keep in mind, Jaejoong will always choose you over Yoochun. I know he would.”
“Whatever.”
Junho ruffled Junsu’s hair then exited the room, leaving Junsu with his thoughts.
Am I?

Yunho planted small kisses on Changmin’s chest before settling his head there, his arms around the other’s waist. Changmin wrapped an arm around Yunho’s shoulder and kissed the top of his head. They lie together as their breath evened out, when Yunho suddenly chuckled.
“What?” Changmin asked.
“It’s just funny, how we’re been watching Jaejoong for so long and suddenly he introduced us to Yoochun.”
Changmin scoffed, “He’s smarter than I thought, that bastard.”
“TOP said he’s dating G-Dragon.”
“Ah, of course. Smart move.”
“You’re underestimating him.”
“Maybe I did.”
Yunho rolled over to his stomach and stared at Changmin, “What are you going to do now?”
Changmin smirked, “Don’t worry, I have something in mind.” He leaned down to kiss Yunho. “Most important thing, Yoochun’s not going to know ‘Yunho’ has found his mate.” He kissed the tattoo down Yunho’s neck, the ornament similar to the one he has on his lower back that reads ‘Love ‘till You Hate, Strong ‘till You Break’*.
Yunho laughed, “Of course. Besides, he’s running out of time. He only has a few months left before the crowning of the new Demon King.”
Changmin moved and pinned Yunho under him and kissed him roughly, hungry. “He’s not going to make it, Jaejoong isn’t someone who can be controlled that easily.”
“ ‘Yunho’s’ mate too,” Yunho caressed Changmin’s well-built front.
“Really?” Changmin laughed and pressed his lips on Yunho’s pout. “Of course he is.”
“So, is it possible to have two mates?” Yunho raised an eyebrow in question. “I mean, if Jaejoong was not yet sealed by Yoochun or we can somehow break the bond…”
“TOP said it is, but yeah, the bond has to be broken first. I don’t think Jaejoong is the type who wants to be number 2 anyway.”
Yunho smirked, “He’s number 2 to Yoochun too.”
Changmin raised an eyebrow then mimicked Yunho’s smirk. “Genius, love, genius.”
“And I know who will help us break the bond,” Yunho licked Changmin’s lips.
“Who?”
Yunho smirked wider, “Let me top.”
“No.”
Yunho tsked, “You don’t wanna hear my genius plan?”
Changmin rolled his eyes, “Fine.”
Not waiting to be told twice, Yunho flipped over that Changmin was under him and spread his legs. He bit Changmin’s shoulder and neck and left dark purple marks as he got his lube and coated his fingers with it. Changmin hated to bottom, he likes to be dominating, but only to Yunho did he give up his dominant power. He gasped and grabbed the headboard when Yunho pushed a finger to his tight entrance. Warm lips wrapped his crown and Changmin was back hard in seconds. Yunho chuckled, sending vibrations to Changmin’s body, making the other whimpered in need. “See, who said your body doesn’t like to bottom?”
“I did!” Changmin gasped and moaned as Yunho pushed the second and third finger in.
“Liar,” Yunho smirked, “The way you clenched around my fingers says otherwise.” He pushed himself into Changmin even if the other was not very well prepared. Changmin groaned, his hands gripping on Yunho’s hair and scratching Yunho’s back. Yunho’s thrusts were hard and violent, but Changmin didn’t care. He secretly liked it when Yunho’s in control, liked the way his nails would leave a bruise on his hip or how he sometimes make Changmin bleed.
Changmin’s head went blank from the pain and pleasure, his vision spotted white as his hip burned from Yunho’s clawing fingers. Yunho abused his nipple with his mouth and kept stroking, in rhythm to his fast thrusts. Changmin was barely conscious when warm liquid filled him and splattered on his stomach, and he knew I wasn’t only Yunho’s come. Yunho chuckled, scooping the blood-mixed come and put it on Changmin’s lips. Changmin sucked his fingers and Yunho leaned down to kiss him and gathered the other in his arms. “Remind me why I agreed to this?” Changmin groaned when Yunho cuddled him, his back hurt because he hadn’t bottomed for so long.
“Because you want to hear my genius idea of who will help us break the bond?”
“And who would that be?”
“Junsu.”

TOP’s laugh echoed the room. “Shut the fuck up!” G-Dragon glared at him. They just finished one of the Demon ceremonies so now they’re lounging in their room in the church. Their church was no different from the human’s, but when human’s Cathedral is brown and golden colored, theirs is silver and black. Both were dressed on black priest robe with red lining. G-Dragon was wearing his usual dragon necklace, along with an upside down cross necklace; his hair was combed to one side. TOP’s hair was black and spiked and he was wearing onyx-beaded jewelries.
“You’re jealous~” TOP teased.
“He left me in bed!” G-Dragon pouted. “It’s been three times now. How am I not supposed to be pissed?”
TOP grinned, “That was why I said it’s not a good idea to help him find his mate.”
“You said that cause you’re on Yunho’s side.”
TOP shrugged, “I think he’s better than Yoochun.”
G-Dragon raised an eyebrow, “You’re saying that because he fucked you.”
“Who’s going to say no to the first prince, G?” TOP rolled his eyes. “He’s smart, hot, discipline, caring. Charismatic, that is definitely important for a king. Yoochun is just too…playful.”
“Who said Yoochun’s not charismatic?”
“Yunho won anyway. He wouldn’t need to rape his mate, the mate would give himself to him the moment he saw him.”
Something clicked on G-Dragon’s head. “Wait, what?” TOP looked at him with confused eyes. “Did he…he found his mate, didn’t he?”
TOP shrugged, “Who knows? He wouldn’t need a priest to find his mate anyway.”
G-dragon clicked his tongue and bit his thumb’s nail. “I have to warn Yoochun.”
“You’re being too caring. Who is he to you anyway?”
“My boyfriend, T, what’s with you?”
“I don’t know, I don’t think he could ever be committed, you know… He can’t sit on the throne nicely without flirting with the Minister of Defense.”
G-Dragon rolled his eyes, “I know Yunho would never be into me, okay. If Yoochun gets to be the king, where would I sit if not the throne?” TOP raised an eyebrow. “Okay, so the throne’s for the mate, I’m sitting on his lap.” TOP burst into laughter and G-Dragon smirked. “Maybe Yoochun’s not as smart as Yunho or whatever, but he’s not stupid either. With my help, I’m pretty sure the Demon World will once again regain its glory.”
“I think that’s for Yunho.”
G-Dragon kicked TOP’s chair. “Are you looking down on my baby? Besides, Yunho’s not going to get me any honorable position!”
TOP shook his head; “He’s going to leave you for Jaejoong.”
“He can’t do that,” G-Dragon scowled.
“Why not? It’s Yoochun.”
G-Dragon shrugged and walked away, leaving the confused TOP, and exited the room. He chewed on his thumb like he always does when something bothers him. He couldn’t lose Yoochun, he couldn’t lose the throne, and Jaejoong was going to be a big hindrance for him. G-Dragon paced to the library, he needed to find something to break the bond without making Yoochun lose his power. Yoochun was his, only his.
***
Jaejoong wasn’t surprised when he woke up and found Yoochun sleeping peacefully next to him, arms on his waist. Yoochun had developed a habit of showing up out of nowhere unexpectedly, but he was glad Yoochun never forced him with sex. He got up carefully not to wake Yoochun and made himself a coffee, then another cup for Yoochun who likes it with a lot of cream but no sugar. How did he know that? He had no idea; maybe he had been paying attention to Yoochun. Too much attention, he thought.
He had grown insecure about his relationship with Yoochun. He grew affection and fear towards the demon, wanting Yoochun to love him but he realized it was impossible. When Yoochun kissed him, the kiss was empty and Jaejoong knew it. It was either a mere press of lips or of lust, sometimes of care and friendship and protectiveness, but that wasn’t what Jaejoong expected. He felt Yoochun crept and took over his feelings, and it frustrates him not being able to make Yoochun feel the same. He couldn’t understand Yoochun and guessing drove him to his sanity limit.
He leaned to the balcony fence and watched the rain fell as he sipped his coffee until a pair of arms he knew well draped around him. He felt warm breaths fell on his neck and a cheek rested on his shoulder. “You wake up too early,” Yoochun said. “Let’s go back to bed, it’s cold without you.” Jaejoong said nothing. “Jae?”
Jaejoong scoffed, “What are you doing here, really?” he turned to face Yoochun who were looking at him confusedly. “I mean, so you sealed me, you get the power, right? So why bother coming here at all?”
“You don’t like it when I’m here?” Yoochun asked, genuine hurt apparent on his face.
Jaejoong’s face softened, “No, I… I…” he shut his mouth as he lost the words he was about to say. Why did it hurt? He knew he wasn’t the type who fell in love so easily; it’s not possible to be in love with Yoochun, right? Or is it?
Yoochun smiled wryly. “I’ll go then.”
Jaejoong grabbed Yoochun’s arm before the man walked away. “I don’t hate you.”
“I know,” Yoochun smiled. “I can feel it if you do.” He pecked Jaejoong’s forehead, “I’ll give you time to think.”
Jaejoong sighed. “What am I to you? A weapon? A fuck?”
Yoochun stared at Jaejoong in disbelieve, “You think that little of me?” Jaejoong said nothing. “It might started that way, at first I thought you wouldn’t welcome me anyway, but it changed. I care about you.”
“I don’t know…” Jaejoong turned his back on Yoochun and leaned on the balcony fence again. “I feel insecure about us.”
“Why?”
“How could it be so easy for you to call yourself my boyfriend in front of Changmin?”
“You like Changmin.”
“No, I…”
“You do. I knew it,” Yoochun sighed. “Fine. Whatever.”
“Doesn’t it mean something to you? The word ‘boyfriend’?” Jaejoong scoffed, making Yoochun frown. “For me, it means commitment. I don’t see you committing yourself to ‘us’, Yoochun. I can’t see myself committing to you!” Jaejoong rubbed his temple, “This isn’t working. I need a real boyfriend, not a demon as my fuck buddy.”
Yoochun sighed and took a step back. “Fine, I won’t try to win your heart, but I’m not breaking the bond either.”
“Isn’t that all I’m good for? The power?” Jaejoong scoffed.
“Dammit, Jaejoong, don’t do this to me!”
“Do what?”
“Forcing me to love you!” Jaejoong narrowed his eyes at Yoochun. Yoochun sighed, “You’re expecting too much.”
Jaejoong averted his gaze from Yoochun and stared at his now empty cup of coffee. “Then don’t come anywhere near me. Go, take all your powers and disappear. Just, don’t come to me again.”
Yoochun bit his lower lips and when Jaejoong didn’t take back his words after two minutes, he turned around and walked away. The first teardrop fell on the side of Jaejoong’s cheek along the thud of the front door. The coffee he made for Yoochun had grown cold and he threw it to the sink, ignoring the shattered ceramic and coffee stain around the counter. He jumped back to his bed and curled under the blanket, crying himself to sleep.
***
Yoochun was glad the first person he saw as he slammed his mansion door close was G-Dragon. The other stared confusedly at him as Yoochun grabbed his arm and dragged him to his bedroom, ignoring the shattered glass G-Dragon dropped when he was pulled away. Yoochun threw his lover to the bed and slipped his own shirt over his head before throwing it somewhere else. G-Dragon watched Yoochun and licked his lips; angry Yoochun is always sexy.
Yoochun finished undressing and ripped G-Dragon’s long-sleeved red top, sending buttons flying everywhere. He attacked G-Dragon’s chest with bites as he moved to unbutton the jeans and pulled them off. He cuffed G-Dragon’s wrist to the bedpost and took the lube. He barely coated his cock with lube when he pulled one of G-Dragon’s leg on his shoulder and pushed into his entrance, making the other scream. He didn’t care, me moved roughly anyway even if he knew the other bleed.
G-Dragon bit the bottom of his lips, trying to suppress his screams, but failed. He cried to every thrust, to every bite and scratch Yoochun gave his body. By the time Yoochun came, G-Dragon’s pale skin flushed red from Yoochun’s grips, bites, heat, and scratches. Yoochun pulled away, ignoring the fact that his partner was still hard and throbbing. He smirked and kissed down G-Dragon softly, “Thank you, I feel a lot better now.”
“If you wanna thank me, take care of my hardness or something,” G-Dragon grinned. He loved that part of Yoochun where he’s rough one second and turned tender the next.
Yoochun chuckled and stroked G-Dragon lightly, pulling soft moans and whimpers. The other bucked his hips to Yoochun’s hand, wanting more, but when he did Yoochun pulled away, so he patiently waited for Yoochun. The other finally sped up and took G-Dragon’s crown to his mouth. Yoochun sucked and swallowed all his release, then released the cuff then cuddled to G-Dragon.
“What happened?” G-Dragon asked as the combed Yoochun’s wet from sweat hair with his fingers.
“Jaejoong drove me out of his apartment…out of his life,” Yoochun bit his lips. “I screwed up, didn’t I?”
G-Dragon sighed, but a part of him was relieved, at least Yoochun was fully his once again. “At least he doesn’t hate you?”
Yoochun pouted, “He’s about to…”
“The thing is, if his feelings for you can’t grow then your power won’t grow too.”
“So, what should we do?”
“I’m looking for a spell where we can break the bond without you losing your power.”
Yoochun crooked an eyebrow, “Break the bond?” G-Dragon nodded. “I don’t want to break the bond.”
“What?”
“I mean, there’s no need to break the bond. I just need a way to fix my relationship with Jaejoong.”
It was G-Dragon’s turn to crook an eyebrow, “Why the hard way, Chunnie?” Yoochun shrugged, he didn’t know either but what he knew was he didn’t want to break the bond. Breaking the bond means losing Jaejoong, and that he would never do. He might be selfish, but hey, he’s the Demon Prince. He wanted both G-Dragon and Jaejoong, and he’s going to get it. “He’s not worth the trouble,” G-Dragon continued. “All you need is the power and you will get it, I will get it for you.”
Yoochun bit his lower lip, “I don’t know, G…”
“What?”
“I think we will need him.”
“I think you don’t want to lose him,” jealousy apparent on G-Dragon’s voice.
“Hey, what’s with the jealousy?” Yoochun caressed his lover’s cheek. “I’m sorry I screwed up. I’ll fix it, okay?”
“I’m not sure I want you to fix it if it means being with Jaejoong,” G-Dragon mumbled.
Yoochun kissed him softly, “Don’t be jealous. Trust me, I’ll get us the throne, okay?” He tightened his wrap around G-Dragon’s shoulder, pulling their bodies closer.
G-Dragon bit his lips and nodded, remembering TOP’s words. He’s Yoochun after all, and no one can count on Yoochun’s words when it comes to relationship. Not even him, even with their steady relationship. He was the first person Yoochun ever been serious with, but he could feel Yoochun being attracted to Jaejoong and would soon leave. He wanted Yoochun for himself, even without the throne. The throne was only a reason for him to get to Yoochun.
He watched Yoochun’s sleeping face; the full lips and long eyelashes that made him fall for Yoochun in the beginning. He wouldn’t want to lose Yoochun, even more, not to a human. Maybe Jaejoong was a game, but it doesn’t mean there are no possibilities of Yoochun falling for the man. Jaejoong was a beauty after all. G-Dragon kissed the sleeping man before getting dressed and headed out. He was determined; Yoochun is mine, and only mine.
***
Jaejoong called Junsu that night and told him everything. Junsu came over almost immediately, lending Jaejoong a shoulder to cry on. When he arrived, Jaejoong’s eyes were swollen. Jaejoong was never the type to cry after a break up, he always acted strong when facing problems. It broke Junsu’s heart how Yoochun meant so much to Jaejoong, and it wasn’t even a break up but Jaejoong cried so hard.
He put an icepack over Jaejoong’s eyes and told him to lie down. Junsu just sat next to his best friend on the bed while Jaejoong kept repeating how he regretted being so stupid. Junsu said nothing, listening to Jaejoong’s rant while resting his hand on the icepack. Jaejoong soon fell asleep from exhaustion and Junsu watched his best friend as he thought of Junho’s words before.
So he cared about Jaejoong more than he should be, and he got involved with Jaejoong’s personal life too much, is that wrong? Jaejoong had been his best friend for years, he has the right to do so much right? Jaejoong never complained about it anyway, other than him being overacting. “Su?” Junsu was disturbed from his chain of thought when Jaejoong called him. “You’re staying?”
Junsu nodded, “I’ll sleep here tonight.”
Jaejoong smiled, “Thank you.” He sighed, “What now?”
“Break the bond,” Junsu said without thinking and immediately regretted what he had said when he saw Jaejoong’s pained expression. “Just…saying…forget it,” he looked away.
“Maybe you’re right. What will happen to him if I break the bond?”
Junsu shook his head, “I don’t know. I know how but I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t agree.”
“Yeah, he said he wouldn’t.”
Junsu sighed, “What made you like this? You never cried for a guy, not even when the Heechul you loved so much dumped you."
“I don’t know, Su,” Jaejoong whined, “I feel stupid…” The two fell into silence until Jaejoong sat up, “Do you by any chance have something alcoholic?”
Junsu grinned. “I’ve come prepared,” he said as he held out four bottles of Mix Max from his bag.
Jaejoong grinned too, “Not that strong, but enough.” They drank in silent and Jaejoong felt relieved when his brain stopped thinking about Yoochun. The pleasant buzz in his mind, the burning senses of alcohol down his throat, and the blurry vision never felt better. He giggled to himself, thinking how stupid he had been to expect Yoochun, a stranger, a demon, to love him. How long had they been together anyway, two weeks? He must have gone crazy. He caught Junsu staring at him from the corner of his eyes. “What?”
Junsu leaned forward and kissed Jaejoong. Jaejoong was startled, but didn’t pull away. The alcohol made him kiss Junsu back, yeah, that must have been the alcohol. The kiss turned into a make out as Junsu used more tongue. He gasped and pulled away when he realized what he was doing and Jaejoong whined in disappointment. Junsu facepalmed and shook his head, “I hope you’re drunk enough to forget this tomorrow.” He got up and walked out of Jaejoong’s room to sleep on the couch.
Jaejoong shook his head as if trying to clear his thoughts. Yeah, he so hoped he’ll forget all that happened that day although he knew he wasn’t drunk enough. He finished his bottle and curled back under the blanked, wishing the world would just swallow him as a whole.
***
“So now what?” was the first question Jaejoong asked when he saw Junsu waiting for him in front of his apartment. Junsu shrugged and held out a hand. Jaejoong took it, only because it was normal for them to hold hands before. They walked to school in silence. “Thanks, Su.” Junsu merely hummed to show he was listening. Junsu let go of Jaejoong’s hand when they were already halfway.
“I’ll help you if you want to break the bond,” Junsu said before walking ahead, leaving the stunned Jaejoong. Jaejoong shrugged it off and continued walking. Junsu was out of sight by then. Maybe Junsu’s right, Jaejoong thought, losing Junsu is not an option and Yoochun would only hurt me.
As he turned a corner, he saw the figure he knew leaned on the wall, waiting for him with a cigarette between his fingers. Jaejoong rolled his eyes and walked pass Yoochun. “I have no idea what love is,” and Jaejoong stopped his steps without turning around. “I’ve never received one, from parents or siblings or friends. I have no idea what you were talking about,” Yoochun continued. “I guess you can’t expect me to give you something I don’t even know myself.”
Jaejoong turned around to face Yoochun and saw the demon wasn’t lying. “And if you’re talking about caring and understanding and wanting to protect that person then maybe I love you, but I know that was not the kind of love you demanded from me.” Yoochun took a drag of his cigarette and puffed the smoke. “And if what you’re talking about is wanting to spend your whole life with that person then I think I’m in love with someone else.”
Jaejoong bit his lower lips against his tears and anger. He knew, but it hurt so much when Yoochun actually said it in his face. Yoochun tossed the cigarette butt away, “I just want you to know that you’re not just a fuck or simply a weapon. I do care, but I can’t give you what you want. I can offer you the throne, sure, but I know you wouldn’t want it. The decision is on your hand.”
Yoochun walked closer to Jaejoong and waited as neither of them said anything. Jaejoong finally sighed. “I want to break the bond…”
Yoochun nodded, to Jaejoong’s surprise, saying, “I’ll take care of that.” He turned around and disappeared, leaving Jaejoong alone in his desperation.
