So After signing a 3 inch stack of papers Monday that meant we would close on wednesday, Today. Yesterday I got a call saying the bank (who will have to foreclose on the property if they don't let us buy it) had decided that we weren't paying enough, and they wanted 1% more or the deal was off. Not moving in a week
There have been paperwork issues, so our lending agent is filing for an extension. Things taking too long because people are backed up and lots of other bullshit. So we will not be painting or moving this weekend. I'm hoping they get things done this week so we can get the keys sometime next week. Then we can paint the 20th and move the 21st. Soo here are some pictures of the house we are putting an offer on. It's a short sale which is the lame, but the other two offers being submitted to the bank are lower than ours.
