Still no word on the job front. Depressing. So I've been scanning some of Babs photos for her. It's part of a project Bab's doctors and psychiatrists et al have set for us, a way of helping her retain her memory just that wee bit longer. Oh, and while I'm commenting: You were talking about taking a vacation, getting a break right? Maybe visiting some friends in the UK. *raises eyebrow questioningly* I must have missed the post about you actually getting a break. Or perhaps you were too busy taking the break. :) (Feel free to whack me upside the head)

I've been demented for years, but I take after my US gran and go for hording stuff not destroying.
Mm, the break was my aunt going into a respite home for a while so I could catch up on sleep. Now she's slated to be in a home permanently, as her condition has been deteriorating to an extent that the docs won't allow her to live outside a care home. It's sad and depressing. Sigh. So that's why I'm doing the job hunt thing. I am desperately in search of a life and career so I can afford the holiday I bloody well need. *rueful grin* Whilst I'm not a sun on the beach vacationer (ugh), I would like to go scuba diving...
