I've never had a fish taco. I usually go for meat cause I'm a carnivoreeeee but I've been wanting a fish taco lately! We can lose our virginity together, A :-p. Oh and you so don't have to read that. It's...weird. I probably should have kept it to myself haha.

Angry bastards! They are, aren't they? When I went hunting for an icon, I found like 12 of them in that weirdass post-punching the fuck out of each other hug. I felt so strange trying to write them, but I'm so glad you liked it! Thanks:)

In only slightly related news, is it weird that every time I see that icon, Starbuck reminds me of Tom Petty? Probably. Yep.

They are SO GOOD. Although if you make this recipe, it's slightly more complicated than just having fish and tortillas. I wonder how it would taste with haddock. Do you like mahi mahi?

Maybe when I was visiting my Brother and Sister-In-law in California I ate some mahi-mahi. Delicious. I get my fish mostly at my Farmer's Market, so I usually buy cold-water breeds such ad haddock, trout, and salmon. I'm sure cod or talipia could stand in for mahi-mahi.

That recipe does seem complex. Soft tacos AND flour tortillas?

In term on cooking white-flesh fish, panko crumbs are the answer to life.

I have never tried panko crumbs, but I truly almost never cook. I put food together, but not in any manner that normal people would describe as cooking.

I only used the soft tacos. Both seemed like overkill to me, but maybe it's tasty?
