You are leaving? :( I thought you would visit to NYC again before you would go back.

When are you leaving? I dunno when I will see you soon but yes, it will probably be in some other parts of the world.

I am intrigued by your statement that the US is a terrible place to work because of the compromise and stress. Can you elaborate? How does the US compare to other countries.

Anyway - if i dont get to speak to you before you leave, have a great flight!

Hello. I am in Singapore now. :)

I think there is a lot of stress working in US. People are just not as nice to one another at work. They place work above human-human relationships. It is a compromise of lifestyle, because I am too used to living in a no-need-to-drive city, with clean streets.

i wasn't really affected. there were a few days with heavy rain. i wished it affected me in a way such that i didn't have to go to work. you know, like those snow days in UK. haha.

i suspect they might have the money to fly you from your home to your workplace above the sandstorms. so, don't bang on it.

Gees... finally back in Singapore, which means I will be able to see you when I go back for visits...cool! Have to meet for for a few drinks man! Well, provided that you are not sent anywhere else haha *fingers crossed* x

it's me again! after quite some time right? Just wanted to Thank u for bringing the thick book back for me. :D Money is with you know who lah. Get the $$$$ from him though he already used part of it to buy a singing monkey-like pig. :P

no problem at all. remember i want to borrow the book from you when you are done with it. i promise to be careful handling it! might have to cover the book cover when i read it on the mrt, to avoid attention. :P

Let me get a plastic cover for the book then u can read it first lah. cos i still got many books and magazines not read yet (roll eyes). [read it in public at your own risk :D]
