I like what I do, but I'm not necessarily sure if I like my job. Being a sushi chef is quite rewarding to me because not that many people can do it, so it makes me unique in a sort of way. Banshoo has been so slow as of late that they make me work in the kitchen, preparing mass loads of food for various banquets and events that go on in the hotel. ( Read more... )
