Forgot one last thing, cancelling the "condo" homeowners insurance on the cult co-op unit, so handled that on Friday, now just waiting for the refund to come through (supposedly as a credit back to the card used to pay it in the first place back in January, which is fine as that's my main daily use card

the not-having-to-worry-about-it-every-fucking-month is joy enough alone BUT HOA orgs are notorious for being unable to reliably receive and record payments. (Also, mine turns out, can't seem to send them either. They took 8 weeks from 'it will be processed today' to my receiving the $163 they owed me.)
