This story was awesome! I loved Arthur freaking out, and the way Merlin refsed to let him go and just kept pestering and following him around until he gave in. Great story.

I have the hugest grin on my face! Seriously, I was about to go to bed (it was 11.50) and then I refreshed my LJ and saw you'd posted this, and I just had to stay up and read it. I have a feeling I might have said this before, but I love the way you write Merlin and Arthur - Arthur, with all his defences but good heart underneath it all, and Merlin who sees the world is such a positive way and just seems to exude happiness.

I suppose with a plot like this there is the potential for it to seem a bit creepy, or Merlin to be a bit stalkery, but there's not one single bit of this that felt like that. Merlin just seemed so adorably genuine in his affections, right from the off, and determined to wait for Arthur, and really, I can't blame Arthur for being unable to resist in the end :) And the humour too! So many funny little moments and turns of phrase (I especially liked Merlin the cat on the sofa and all Arthur's internal panicking).

Brilliant story!! I'm very glad you did finish it :D

Yay, I'm so pleased you like the way I write them, because happy!Merlin and slightly emotionally deficient!Arthur seem to be my defaults. I love writing them like that!

And also, very glad that it didn't come out too creepy, because I did wsnt Merlin to be annoying and cute, not scary XDD Thanks for your lovely comments!

Brian, Justin and, boo I can't remember Justin's mum's name. =( pretty big Queer as Folk flashbacks which was lovely, if unintentional. Woo, go Merlin! Persistance down to an art form! Thanks for sharing. I hope you've been able to recover your other fics.

The Merlin turning up at Arthur's work def was intentional - I just couldn't help myself! ;) And yep, I have been able to retrieve most of my fics, but they are currently being beta'd. Wheras I didn't bother getting this fic checked XD
