After I rinsed out the salvaged yarn from the button band for reuse, I was like, man, this is still pretty good! ... .. ... man, if someone was going to be crazy and redo her sweater without the damn purling mistake .... NO, I AM NOT THAT CRAZY PERSON.

it kind of scares me how seriously I'm considering it .___. I still have about two skeins left so even if I lost some while I was ripping back and even if I made the next size up ... no! I must be strong, I would lose practically all the hood yarn, I'm almost sure of it.

When I knit the Origami Cardi, the only parts I didn't rip back and redo at least once were the sleeves.

But I think the fact that the garment is already seamed together would probably give me pause. It would be best for your sanity, IMHO, to take a deep breath, and when you're done the button band set it aside and start on your next sweater :D

yanno, I totes have the right yarn to make a katamari dumpling bag :D :D :D
