well yeah but every time I think, Okay, it's Red and Blue for sure suddenly it's the Red and Pink show, or the Blue and Yellow show, or the Green and Yellow show. refracting and I were talking about it and we decided that he's prouder and smugger over his pretty blue thing than over his pretty pink thing because rescuing a princess is uncomfortably close to something noble and kind. Whereas he just flat stole his pretty blue thing from Those Assholes, so he has nothing to conflict with his smug there.

Well, his default expression does seem to be smug. I really want to ship Red/Blue so much and Pixiv is doing such a great job of selling it to me, but I don't really see it in canon because Marvelous is off hooking up with his other pretty things.

I am rather fond of Christine! I do think she tends to get the brunt end of the deal, if she's even mentioned at all. She keeps sneaking her way into my (admittedly silly) fic. Uhura is kind of on her own level of bad ass and scary. Like, I know Kirk and Spock are badass incarnate (and I do truly love them that way), but Uhura could make you suffer miserably for the rest of your life and probably do so cheerfully and with no one else the wiser. Girls are just scary like that, though.

Also yay. I'm so excited to get my hands on White tomorrow. Alas, I have no one to play it with, though, most of my friends think I'm insane for my video game obsessions.

Aww, I like Chapel--she's as epic as a show made in the 60s allows her to be. If the movie had done revamping the roles of women right, I bet she would've been awesome, instead of, you know, cut completely.

They do mention Chapel's name once in the new movie during all the flailing around that happens when Nero's kicking everyone's collective asses. I squeed when I found that out, not gunna lie. I have hope that they'll start giving her a bigger role when they make another movie.
