I wanted to watch it last night but my teen-boy has an exam today. I'm waiting until I can watch it with him.

*drools* GUESS WHO SAW STAR TREK IN ALL ITS CUMBERBATCHIAN GLORY IN LONDON LAST WEEK????? :DDD OMG, I was soooo hyper afterwards. He was soooooooooooooooooooo good in it. So good in fact that by the end of the film I didn't care any more if the Enterprise survived, as long as I got to see more of John Harrison. :DDDD

I didn't like Kirk in the first film and didn't like him in the second, so didn't really feel any slashy vibes (though I could see how people ship Kirk/Spock etc).

Oh, and Simon Pegg as Scotty was the second best thing of the whole film. :DDD

No, I was there a few days later - when we booked we didn't know the date of the STID premiere yet. We went to see Merlin, aka Colin Morgan, in The Tempest. :))))

Yes, didn't die and I would think they'll bring him back because a lot of his back story still needs to be told.

Me too!! Also, am mourning the fact that they cut a shower scene that BC shot as Khan. HOW COULD THEY????? The guys got to see Dr Marcus in underwear and what did we get?????

I'm a big big big Kirk/Spock shipper. I've read some of the most amazing stories in that fandom.

One of these days, I'll probably go find some Kirk/Spock fics to read. I know of at least one SPN writer who used to write in that fandom. Not sure whether she shipped Kirk/Spock though.

How about you? Ever wrote one? Kirk/Spock, I mean.

Haha, I could potentially do any of those ships. But I'm not entirely there yet. I think its probably to do with the guy who plays Kirk. Probably my least favourite of the three. But I wonder, did you leave off the potential for Spock/Kirk/Bones on purpose? Or there was just no room for it, heh.

Hehehe, that threesome totally slipped my mind, maybe mostly because I'm not really into threesomes. Though I do read them occasionally, when they're short PWPs and I want something, err, kinky, to read ;P

And I'm not entirely there yet either. Haven't got the urge ( yet ) to look for the fanfics!!
