Great fic! The only errors I noticed were in the second-to-last paragraph. (Some use of past tense that I think you meant to be present tense, like when she's covering him with the blanket.)

Sigh. I miss DOLLHOUSE...

Aww, I just... Oh, it's so cute! With the nursing, and the covert drugging and the rationalizing.

I can just picture Ivy's eyes lighting up, as she sits at the computer, too. Thank you so much, this just makes my day that much sunnier, now. Especially since at the moment, I'm being a stubborn sicky, myself!
