These are great photos once again! In that 5th picture down, there is something hanging on a string in the window. Do you know what it is? It almost looks like thinly cut bagels, hee hee! Maybe I am just hungry. I think I will go have a bagel! :-D xx
Oops, I forgot to write about it. Thanks for noticing! :) It's traditional Swedish flat bread, a dried variant of it. They were baked in this shape to make them easier to hang up for drying. It's still quite popular in Sweden but nowadays they mostly sell boring factory-made bread. But sometimes you can see the old-fashioned ones hanging here and there as a decoration like this.
A very good reason to visit Scandinavia, I think! It's must be extra interesting to see a new country when you know that a part of your own history originates from it.

Someday I will visit Scandinavia, or I hope to. My ancestors were from Denmark on my mothers side, my great-grandfather.From the island of Laeso.
