My boss was "voluntarily fired" and with his separation package, left to form his own company which does half the work that my team does. It's time again for the annual "Stella Awards"! For those unfamiliar with these awards, they are named after 81-year-old Stella Liebeck who spilled hot coffee on herself and successfully sued the McDonald's in New Mexico where she purchased the coffee.

I am back from Cozumel. I went with a group of singles, and we had a hellagood time.
