We've all been put on this earth for a purpose. If that purpose is to be served with a yummy brown-sugar glaze, who am I to judge?

I ended up with yellow rice and two seared pork chops with a lemon pepper pan sauce. It was delicious. Seared with a lemony pan sauce is my favorite way to serve those lean pork chops you get at Publix. That and breading.
