Raven among cardinals

So I haven't done an MFF post con report... or a Thanksgiving report or any of that... and maybe I will later but I'm a grumpy artist right now and feel the need to vent my cranky displeasure out at the world.

So for some reason for the past two weeks, it has been pointed out, repeatedly, that I'm not normal. So I'm gonna rant to the interwebs

I think ravens are more interesting than cardinals anyway. :\ Sure, they have those pretty red feathers, but they have no personality, and their call is that annoying "CHIP. CHIP. CHIP."

Ravens, on the other hand, are intelligent and make all sorts of cool sounds. And if you look at their feathers in the right light, they shine with iridescent colors. :3

That is odd that this seemed to have started up for you out of the blue.

A lot of my view points on life are kind of odd as well, I suppose. Though I can't imagine what it is like to have your differences pointed out, I do hope that this blows over for ya.

You're politically ambivalent? Whew! I thought you might be throwing mental daggers at me when I rant. Its something I have to worry about around the artist crowd, you know?

If it helps, I don't think you're any more different than the next person. Some people just paint over it or hide it.

Yep ... I have some very liberal ideas and some very conservative, but for the most part ambivilant, as long as you let me do as I wish with my very own body I'm good. *grinz*

I'll admit, I'm surprised such things have been pointed out to you. Admittedly we haven't talked much since I don't care to distract an artist while they're at a con to make money, but you never struck me as an oddity. Let alone enough of one that people felt the need to say so!

It was a pleasure talking to you at the con, you weren't a bother at all, and thank you for the consideration of recognizing that it is a business though. :) (Again you were nothing even resembling a bother or a distraction, but the recognition is rare so much appreciated)
