Update on Jenn

I went to visit Jenny at Rehab today and discovered that she'd been moved to Belmont Hospital! This is the second time this has happened, when jenny was moved and I only found out later. The worker there told me "Oh, we don't notify the friends or family when we move them".

Power of attorney cannot be given if the person concerned has not signed their consent. We had to get this for an elderly aunt of my husband's who has had to go into care due to progressing Alzheimer's Syndrome and it was only possible to get PoA with her consent, which she was happy to give before she became too disabled by AS to do so.

Without the signature, it has NO legal binding.
