What a wonderful ending to a wonderful story. Love how everything came together at the end for Jim and Bones. Hope RL is treating you ok.

Wonderful and harrowing fic! (Classic Trek concept too, LOL -- with aliens being able to just magically erase/fix things like that.) I like the way you wrote Chekov and Bones's worsening illness, and Jim's impassioned speech to the aliens was fantastic. Very sweet ending too. ♥

Oh, this is perfect. I love Jim's rationalizations and how easily they came together at the end. I love that even after everything, Jim's still scared that Bones doesn't return his feelings. And I love that Bones just tells him to go to sleep and stop thinking so much.
