If you haven't done so already, you should talk to her. Don't be afraid to be blunt, and even mean-her emotional blackmailing is unhealthy and completely uncool. You're trying to be an adult and make the decisions that are best for you, as you should. Don't back down. She may be incapable of being mature, but I really hope she's not so dumb that she can't see what a sadistic bitch she's being.

If she fucks with you again pretend to be nice to her and say you're gonna take her out to eat, but really take her to a back ally and beat her ass.
