Aww! I loved this! The brotherly banter, the teasing, Dean being the big brother, Sam just happy to see him, same for Dean. I miss this. The easy-going relationship they had. When they trusted each other more than they do now. When they didn't hide things from one another.
Never knew one could sprain ribs from sneezing though. Only, Sam, haha. The poor thing is such a trouble magnet, I wanna hug him.

Too cute ! Love those teasing sort of moments from the brothers ! We will miss these two so so much ! Best relationship of any actors I have ever known on screen or off !
