Coco Chanel once said: "Scheherezade is easy; a little black dress is difficult." Of course, that hasn't stopped legions of elegant dressers, including Lana, Chloe, and Lois medieval French witches and Corporal Max Klinger, from trying. But who among them pulled it off?
