John called me just now to ask if I'd thought of anything else he should pick up from the store on his way home from work, and to tell me to go outside and look at the sky. I'm glad he did. I always see the most amazing skies at dawn when I'm driving to work. One of these days I should figure out how to mount a camera to my dashboard with a remote clicker, so I can finally get some photos.

The most amazing sky I ever saw was in the early evening, and all the clouds were sitting low on the horizon, so low I couldn't see the bottoms of any of them, and I had the strange, almost dizzying feeling of being up in the sky, on level with the clouds. Kind of like Seren actually :)

Sketch away! ^_^ Mornings and evening seem like the best times for skies. Probably because the lighting's more dramatic.
