I've decided I need a song to define this year for me. Now, you ask, how can I do that when the year is virtually only half over? Well fuck if I know. So, I think there is a cosmic force at work here. Why can't things just be simple instead of having a curveball thrown into the mix? I thought things were certain one way and along comes a whole other thing which is exciting but complicates what I thought was settled! WhY!

A manic feeling has encapsulated my thinking at the moment. I'm happy and quite scared of being so. I've found out seemingly good news about a girl I like and that the feelings are mutual. And that's where the problems begin.

I must confess that I had an odd emotion come over me in the past few days. I was told that a person I was acquainted with had died. Now, when one utilized logic in regards to thinking about the likelihood of this person dying suddently, then it shouldn't come as a surprise.
