Una knocked on Martha's door. She had a vague presentiment of what this might be about, but chose not to presume too much.

Martha had tea already set up, and there were several boxes scattered around. There were things she wanted to make certain got to Bookfort cottage, and she thought that the rest of the stuff might have ended up in the flat in New York. When Martha opened the door, she was smiling, and she reached over to hug Una. "Thanks for coming."

Una hugged her tightly and went to sit down, taking in the sight of the boxes as she did so.

"Looks like you're packing."

"I am." Martha said quickly, and with a smile. "When Sirius graduates, we're going home. It's time. I've been here three years, and I'm ready for my life to go on without being here."

A bit flustered but none the worse for wear for the faerie pranks, Vasilia sought out Martha in the infirmary as soon as the pests were gone.

Martha had a box in the infirmary, because she was taking out the things that were hers. Some things, like the coffee maker she'd let stick around, but her personal things were going with her. When she saw her friend, Martha waved her into the office.

Vasilia was not familiar, culturally, with the symbology of packing a box; she could guess, however, at the purpose.

"For good, then, Madam Doctor?" she asked softly.

"Yes, I'm afraid so. It's time for me to go home." Martha slipped over and hugged Vasilia tightly for a moment. Thank you."

The Marquis de Sade, not being one to pop by for a visit on any day of the week, no matter how friendly he is with several people, could be found reading and taking notes in his own cabin.

Martha showed up carrying her picnic basket, complete with her tea kettle and biscuits. It was English, but this occasion definitely needed something other than bad news. She knocked quickly on the door, and waited for him to answer with a smile.

She would hear the sound of barking before the approach of footsteps and murmuring. Then the Marquis opened the door. "Doctor Snape-Jones," he said pleasantly enough. "How may I assist you?"

"I came over to give you some news in person." Martha hefted the basket and looked to him with a smile. "I've bought tea, may I come in?"

[Arthas heads straight to the infirmary when the fairies vanished, ever the literal-minded. His plan is to not so much knock as lurk in the doorway trying to catch Martha's eye.

He catches a glance of Sarah's empty bed and sobers up, though.]

[Martha blinked when she saw him lurking there in the doorway, and then she nodded quickly before she waved him into the office. Arthas was going to be harder than other people's goodbyes and she knew that.]

[He tipped his head curiously but slunk over to the office, trying not to touch anything. He always fit fairly out of place in the infirmary. It was very clean. The Death Knight ability to spread disease was really more of a hindrance.]

You wanted to see me?

[Martha watched him for a moment, and then she gestured to the chair opposite her, sitting on the chair.]

Have a seat, Arthas. Would you like a brownie?

As soon as the fairies clear out (after eating all of the pizza she put out as a peace offering), Molly resets her wards and heads off to see Martha in her room. Despite Martha's reassurances, she's still not entirely convinced that nothing's wrong.

Martha's been sitting in her room packing a bit. Despite knowing that she didn't need to pack everything she still wanted to at least get some of it done. When there was the knock at the door, Martha opened it with a grin, and she pulled Molly into a tight hug.

Molly hugged her back tightly. "It looks like you survived the faerie invasion in one piece." She frowned a little when she saw the packing. "Going somewhere?"

"I did, thank goodness, but if I see a flower for the next six months, it's probably going to be too soon." Unless, of course, she meant the ones that were in the back garden at Bookford.

The question was meant with a smile, and Martha hugged Molly tighter for a moment.

"Sirius is close to graduation, and when he's done, we're going to leave. It's time."
